Relationship definition

  • "The Company" shall mean M/s. MrFixIT
  • The individual, members of the household, representative of the subscriber or any other individual to whom the Company agrees to carry out work & services will be referred as Customer / Client
  • Representative appointed by the company to deliver services to the customer on behalf of the company will be referred as Technician/Service man/ engineer.

  • Annual Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • It is assumed that the subscriber will adhere to the subscriber’s terms & conditions of MrFixIT.
  • Annual subscription membership of MrFixIT is for a period of 1 (one) year only
  • Subscription will have to be renewed after expiry of subscription, at the prevalent market rates to continue services.
  • The subscription fee is nonrefundable.
  • In case of relocation of residence within Mumbai & suburbs, the un-utilized service shall be rendered to the new residence in case MrFixIT has its services at the new location of the subscriber.The subscription of old residence stands cancelled in case of relocation.
  • Subscriptions mentioned are for residential premises only. The subscription will stand cancelled in case the residential premises is converted to a commercial one.
  • All subscribed Services are as per the definition and standardized process of the company as defined in the terms in our website.
  • Any deviation or additional service requested by the subscriber shall attract additional charges, which shall be communicated before the service.
  • Any subscribed service (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing) under this category will be a repair service only; not exceeding 90 minutes of On-site work.
  • The subscriber needs to lodge the Service Request through the official call Centre or through the website only. Any Direct call to the technician is considered breach of contract and can lead to the immediate termination of the subscription with immediate effect.
  • All Repair jobs are covered under warranty and any call for the same problem within the predefined (1 week) time shall be free of cost.
  • All Warranties offered by MrFixIT are only to the extent of service and labor cost. The warranty is not applicable on materials, spares, fittings, fixtures or any other device.
  • Warranty of repair will be void if it has been tampered with by the client or any other third party.
  • The standard terms & conditions of warranty are applicable for all warranty coverage which are mentioned in detail in the welcome kit and the website.
  • All Repair Service Requests calls shall be attended within 90 minutes. In case of exceptional services, the time of arrival of the technician will be communicated in advance.
  • All Preventive Maintenance Service Request appointment needs to be fixed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The Service Time Guarantee shall not be applicable on Public Holidays, Bundh Days and Festival Days.
  • The Subscription is not transferrable. However, in case of relocation due to job transfer or new residence; the subscriber needs to formally communicate the new place of residence and after verification by MrFixIT Team, MrFixIT shall confirm service continuation.
  • MrFixIT’s liability is restricted to the extent of Service Package amount only.
  • All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction Only.
  • All service charges attract applicable taxes from time to time.
  • Customer agrees to make the payment through online payment mode to MrFixIT or by cheque.
    Commencement of service is subject to realization of cheque.
  • The subscriber is further bound by the terms & conditions, which shall be communicated at the time of work order generation, which needs to be verified and signed before every service.
  • The company is free to add change rectify the mentioned terms and conditions from time to time and the customer agrees to be bound by them, the customer also agrees to periodically and regularly check the amended terms and conditions and also agrees to accept responsibility of the terms and conditions before availing any service of the company.
  • MrFixIT reserves the right to reject any subscription application from a customer without requiring to provide reasons for the rejection.

  • Single use service

  • Customer will have to register a service request by calling the call center or register the service request through our website.
  • Services under this category will attract a service charge of Rs300 per hour.
  • Customer is expected to pay the service man immediately on completion of service.
  • Mr.FixIT service man MUST provide a receipt for the service executed.

  • Service Terms & Conditions

  • In interest of our customers we insist that they verify the MrFixIT ID card of the technician before allowing him inside their premises. Also call at the call center confirming the name of the service man.
  • The Client needs to be present in the premises for the entire duration of service, and technician will not be left alone in the premises.
  • Material spares once opened and issued to the customer is nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
  • All repair services undertaken by MrfixIT technicians will carry a warranty period of one week from the date of service. Any re-occurrence of the same issue with the warranty will entitle the Client for a free service.
  • Every work/service carried out by MrfixIT has to have a service ID and work order. The service man will not carry out any work only on the basis of oral instruction from the client.
  • The warranty coverage will NOT be applicable for Preventive Maintenance Services
  • The warranty shall not be applicable in case the faulty spare part is not replaced on Client instruction and also warranty will be invalid in case the prior work was tampered with by the client or any third party.
  • MrFixIT will be provided reasonable amount of time for completing the job to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • The Client is requested to treat the technician with respect at all times during the service visit.
  • It is the responsibility of the technician to clean the place of service undertaken.
  • The technician shall bring all tools and consumables required for the service.
  • Tools are defined as "A device used to perform a particular service" and consumables are defined as "a commodity used frequently in association or to aid the main gadget to perform smoothly"
  • In general terms, consumables include: waste cloth, garbage bags, screws, oils, soap oils, chemicals to clean, cleaning cloth, Nail holder and nails
  • Paint, polish, missing spares and anything not mentioned above are not considered as consumables.
  • In case of disputes and queries the client is encouraged to call at the call center number 02265390666. Calling the technician directly amounts to breach of contract and can entail termination of the subscription with immediate effect.
  • All payments can be made through a cheque or credit / debit cards or cash, and against valid receipts of the company. Cheque payments must be in favor of MrFixIT
  • Any government levies and taxes shall be payable as applicable from time to time.
  • Service request calls shall be taken from 9 am until 6 pm. All 7 days a week.
  • The 90 minutes service man arrival guarantee applies to all repair service requests only and not on preventive maintenance or renovation, home improvement calls.
  • All preventive maintenance, renovation, or home improvement calls will be serviced through pre fixed appointments, which needs to be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The Client needs to make the payment for the service availed immediately and no delay in payments will be entertained.
  • It must be noted that if customer has a change of mind and does not wish to proceed with the service after the arrival of the service man, the customer is still liable to pay a visiting charge of Rs200 to Mr.FixIT
  • MrFixIT employs trained, qualified and experienced technicians to carry out all services offered by MrFixIT. In case of any instances where the technician is not able to carry out any activity due to unavoidable reasons, MrFixIT, shall find a suitable team who can complete the job successfully. Clients are requested to cooperate in these instances, however, these situations are rare and won’t occur often.
